Licking Wounds
... but mostly throwing things at the TV.

We're all (the Evanston Democrats, at least) going to be at the Firehouse Grill in Evanston to watch the SOU address tonight starting around 7 pm, tho most likely the sound will be turned down. Am looking for drinking game ideas.

PS: thanks to all those senators, including my two, Durbin and Obama, who stood up on the Alito filibuster. If all you guys (42) who finally voted against him had also supported the filibuster, Bush would not have won cloture. It really is done by the numbers these days. Come election time we will remember who's who, however.
