What Is It With Republicans and Group Sex?
... and the story has just barely started making its way around the blogsphere (thanks, Infinite Stitch! I hadn't heard this one yet.):

Larry Flynt: Bush UN nominee won't answer questions about troubled marriage:
Corroborated allegations that Mr. Bolton’s first wife, Christina Bolton, was forced to engage in group sex have not been refuted by the State Department despite inquires posed by Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt concerning the allegations. Mr. Flynt has obtained information from numerous sources that Mr. Bolton participated in paid visits to Plato’s Retreat, the popular swingers club that operated in New York City in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Perhaps he and IL-fated former Barack Obama opponent Jack Ryan can swap stories and house keys.

I think it will be fun to listen to them discuss all of this before the full Senate, now that his fellow-travellers have voted to send his name for confirmation, though, wimpily, "without recommendation." Not me, boss. No sir, I won't be the one to say no to Rove.

Speaking of Ryan, I wonder what he's been up to this past year? Betcha he didn't go back to teaching, since that particular scheme for looking good in a campaign commercial didn't work.
