Wisconsin Residents Support Making Feral Cats an Unprotected Species

though (article claims) anger remains.
The proposal would allow licensed hunters to kill free-roaming cats, including any domestic cat that isn't under the owner's direct control [ed. !!! is any cat ever under owner's direct control?] or any cat without a collar, just like skunks or gophers - something the Humane Society of the United States has described as cruel and archaic.
The law unfortunately says nothing about cartoon cats.

Good morning, folks. Have been busy lately doing the BFA show reports for those late nights when you're a little drunk and maudlin and you start googling yourself because you think no one cares. Well, I care (at least for about 20 of you). Still half a floor to go, and then the (small) first floor, then that's IT for the year.
