Now I'm Too Scared To Shop
Consumer Spending Plunged in June:
WASHINGTON (AP) - Consumers slashed their spending in June by the largest amount in three years as high energy prices took a toll on their wallets and made them more cautious buyers.Will July and August be any better? I'm too scared by all these terrorists to leave the house and go shopping, even if I could afford to fill the tank of my H2 to go do it.
