Happy Casimir Pulaski Day, Everyone!
... the holiday beloved of school children throughout Illinois.

In response to the question, "Why do we recognize Casimir Pulaski Day?" this site
obediently replies, "Because it's part of Illinois law."

Ah, that the rest of life could be so simple.

It seems to have finished raining for now. Saw 2 rainbows on the way home -- one rainbow so neon, you really did expect to see Skittles pouring out one end, the other fainter, above it. All sorts of wonderful pink reflections on the clouds now. Oops, they're gone now.
